Credit Application Terms & Conditions

I am applying for a Lazzar Furniture Credit Account. I understand that:

• My credit line will be determined once my income, liabilities and payment history has been evaluated.
• I must be at least 18 years old and able to identify myself by means of a valid, official picture ID, said picture must be recent.
• Lazzar Furniture reserves the right to refuse to open an account or extend future credit on my account if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable, or if you no longer meet Lazzar Furniture's standard for credit worthiness.
• I authorize Lazzar Furniture and its representatives to check my credit and employment history and to answer questions about its credit experience with me.
• An applicant, if married can apply for a separate account.
• To activate your account you must come to Lazzar Furniture and present the same picture ID you are entering in your web application, to be identified.
• Once your account is activated you may use your credit line up to its limit, amounts in excess of the assigned limit will require authorization by Credit Department and/or additional down payment for approval
• You may be liable for amounts sold to co-applicants, joint applicants, authorized users and/or those you cosign for.
• By submitting this application you authorize us to run a credit bureau report and verify all the information submitted now and periodically as we service your account.

You are hereby notified that a negative credit report may be submitted to credit reporting agencies if you fail to meet your credit obligations
